Elizabeth Martin has been playing violin since the age of three and currently studies at Oberlin College and Conservatory, where she will graduate in May 2026 with both a B.M. in Violin Performance and a B.A. in Creative Writing. She has performed internationally with the Suzuki Music Columbus Tour Group, and in 2022 she performed in Carnegie Hall with the Oberlin Orchestra for the UN General Assembly. Elizabeth also regularly performs with ensembles throughout Ohio such as the Firelands Symphony Orchestra, Mansfield Symphony Orchestra, and Opera Project Columbus. 

Elizabeth is a registered Suzuki teacher with the Suzuki association of the Americas, and believes wholeheartedly in the philosophy that learning to play music develops a beautiful heart. She aims to provide joyful, nurturing lessons and group classes that bring out the best in every student.

Rhapsody Music Studio in Westlake, Ohio  is owned and operated by Ashley and Timothy Fair and has been open now for 17 years! Both Ashley and Tim have bachelor degrees in education and love sharing the joy of music with their students as well as their lovely children. Rhapsody Music Studio has 4 private lesson rooms with acoustic pianos as well as a small performance space that also serves as a larger classroom when needed.  We offer private piano, ukulele, violin and viola lessons.  Tim also teaches preschool music classes at Glenview Childcare Center in Bay Village, Bay Presbyterian Preschool, and Bethesda Childcare Center and Acton Academy in Bay Village as well as “Music Time” at Westlake Porter Library.
