Exciting Music Class Opportunity at Bay Pres!

For the 2025–26 academic year, Tim Fair from Rhapsody Music Studio will be conducting a 10-week MUSIC DISCOVERY CLASS here at BPC from 11:45-12:30 each Thursday from October 2nd through December 11th.  Class size will be limited to the first 12 families that register.

In the Music Discovery Class, Mr. Tim brings a playful, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate approach to helping young children explore the world of music. Through singing, movement, stories, rhythm games, and hands-on instrument play, your child will build foundational musical skills in a fun and engaging setting.  Mr. Tim is passionate about helping every child discover their singing voice and experience the social and emotional joys of music-making. Drawing from the Kodály Method, Orff, Kindermusik, and Dalcroze Eurhythmics, he offers a rich curriculum that supports language development, large motor coordination, cultural awareness, and musical expression. Most importantly, Mr. Tim knows how to connect with young learners—and his classes are filled with laughter, creativity, and meaningful moments that help children grow in confidence and curiosity.

*If your student attends morning sessions at Bay Pres and is participating in the Music Discovery Class, at the end of your child’s morning session (around 11:30) staff will walk your child to Mr. Tim’s music class. You will then pick your student up at 12:30 when the class is finished.

*For students attending afternoon sessions at Bay Pres and participating in the Music Discovery class, you will drop your child off with Mr. Tim at 11:45 for the music class. At 12:30, staff will walk your child to their classroom for the afternoon preschool session.  

The cost for the Music Discovery Class will be $200 paid directly to Mr. Tim.

The Music Discovery Class pulls the best aspects from Kindermusik, Kodaly, Eurythmics and Dalcroze and wraps them together to build your child’s musical skills and enriches their foundational language and literacy skills.  Through stories, songs, movements and musical games your child will have the time of their life and gain a solid musical foundation to prepare them for private music lessons and a lifelong appreciation for music!
